香港人日捱夜捱做到無停手,一個唔小心捱病左又驚俾老細扣錢,究竟點先拎到有薪病假?又點計法呢? 我地睇下現行嘅《僱傭條例》點講先,首先要符合以下三項: 病假不少於連續4天(除懷孕僱員因產前檢查、產後治療或流產而缺勤,在這些情況下,如符合下述的規定,每一天病假均可享有疾病津貼); 僱員能夠出示適當的醫生證明書;及 僱員已累積足夠的有薪病假。   咁點樣累積有薪病假日呢? 「僱員按連續性合約受僱,在最初受僱的12個月內每服務滿1個月,便可累積2天有薪病假;之後每服務滿1個月可累積4天。有薪病假可在整個受僱期間持續累積,但在任何時間不得超過120天。」   去到有薪病假嘅計法...

很多兼職臨時工都只關心工資多少,用什麼方式出糧,但往往忽略有什麼福利,例如會有有薪假期嗎?有法定假日薪酬嗎?而大家首先要認識什麼是連續性合約(俗稱4.18條例)   僱員如連續受僱於同一僱主4星期或以上,而每星期最少工作18 小時,他的僱傭合約便屬「連續性合約」。僱員如根據「連續性合約」受僱,便可享有更多權益,例如休息日、有薪年假、疾病津貼、遣散費及長期服務金等。無論是長工/ 兼職/ 臨時工,也受4.18條例保障。例如兼職在第一至四星期分別工作18/ 18 / 20/ 21小時,連續四星期工作超過18小時,就符合連續性合約的條件,僱主需要為僱員提供以下權益: 休息日:每星期七天...
