- Human resources management-related services;
- For identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud detection, archiving, and backup purposes when providing services, to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;
- Assisting us in designing new services and improving existing ones;
- Helping us better understand how you access and use our services, so as to respond to your personalized needs;
- Providing you with more relevant advertisements instead of generally targeted ones;
- Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of advertisements and other promotions in our services;
- Software certification or managing software upgrades;
- Allowing you to participate in surveys about our products and services;
- Protecting our legitimate rights and interests to the extent permitted by law;

3. Types of Personal Information We Collect
All your personal information collected through the aforementioned methods mainly includes the following:
Category Specific Information
Basic personal data Name, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, nationality, family relations, address, contact address, personal phone number (including mobile phone number), email address, etc.
Personal identity information ID card, passport, employee ID, resignation certificate, personal profile photo.
Educational and work information Educational background, academic degree, education experience, occupation, position, employer, work experience, training records, transcripts, work skill certificates, etc.
Personality trait information Leadership ability, analytical ability, psychological quality, and other related information.
Job-seeking preferences, etc. Employment preferences, willingness to relocate, willingness to travel on business, current salary, expected salary, evaluations from previous employers/colleagues, hobbies, etc.
Internet-related information Account, IP address, and browsing Cookies generated when you register a job-seeking account or browse job-seeking web pages.
Personal property information Bank account (limited to human resources management and similar scenarios).
Contact information Emergency contact name and phone number.
Audio and video information Photos, images/audio clips captured by CCTV or other video systems when visiting our office, or during recruitment events or video interviews.
Visitor registration information Personal health information such as body temperature and travel records, vaccination records, whereabouts information, and related personal identification information collected to fulfill public safety requirements such as epidemic prevention.
Note: To help our client organizations create inclusive and diverse work environments, we may also collect information such as your ethnicity, health status, philosophical/religious beliefs, and sexual orientation to the extent permitted by law.
For sensitive personal information among the above, our processing is aimed at better providing you with recruitment services and human resources management services. Please understand that such processing is necessary.
4. How We Protect and Process Your Personal Information
We will adopt appropriate physical, management, and technical safeguards to conduct hierarchical management of your personal information, protecting it from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. To maintain these safeguards, we have formulated multiple agreements, control measures, and related statements, and adopted security measures to protect your personal information, including (but not limited to):
- We hold protection standard certification
- We have formulated a protection plan to manage customer information and systems for which we are responsible;
- Engaging third-party service providers to conduct regular security audits, etc.
In the event of a personal information security incident, we will activate an emergency response plan to prevent the incident from expanding. After the incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with legal requirements, including but not limited to informing you of the basic situation of the security incident, the disposal and remedial measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and our response suggestions via announcements, push notifications, or emails. If it is difficult to notify each individual, we will issue a warning through announcements or other means. At the same time, we will proactively report the disposal of the personal information security incident to the regulatory authorities as required.
Our consultants, partners, client organizations we provide consulting services to (limited to the company for which you have applied for a position), and the psychologists and other staff we employ [including psychologists and other staff employed by our global organization in different countries/regions] may access your personal information in a secure manner. Relevant personnel of the client organization you applied to who perform management functions (including your potential future manager and their designated staff, as well as staff from human resources, IT, compliance, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, and internal audit departments), and external professional service personnel (such as lawyers, auditors, etc.) may also access your personal information to a limited extent in the course of performing their duties.
We may use data analysis and algorithms to assist in reviewing a large number of candidates and application data we receive. These algorithms help us prioritize the application review process and screen candidates based on characteristics that indicate strengths and abilities required for relevant roles. Such algorithms are designed to analyze candidates’ application data and compare it with historical data on our previously successful and unsuccessful candidates
We always regard automatically generated results as parallel to human judgment, not as a substitute for human judgment. We evaluate each candidate based on their personal value.
Please understand that despite the above measures, we cannot guarantee that no security incidents will occur. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will take remedial measures as soon as possible; and in accordance with legal requirements, issue announcements and notifications in a reasonable and effective manner.
5. How We Entrust Processing, Share, Transfer, or Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
Your personal information may be shared among our client organizations (limited to the company for which you have applied for a position) and their global entities and subsidiaries to analyze and evaluate your suitability for relevant positions.
We may use third-party service providers to provide evaluation and testing systems. We may also share your personal information with other third-party service providers that may assist us in conducting pre-employment screenings, tests, and evaluations for client organizations. Such entrusted processing and sharing will not be separately notified to you unless explicitly required by law; however, we will require the entrusted processors or sharing parties to fulfill personal information protection responsibilities.
In general, we will not transfer your personal information to third parties unless one of the following circumstances applies:
- With your consent;
- In the event of restructuring, merger, sale, establishment of a joint venture, transfer, or other disposal of all or part of our business;
- Such transfer is permitted by laws and regulations.
In general, we will not publicly disclose your personal information unless one of the following circumstances applies:
- With your consent;
- Required by law, legal procedures, litigation, or government authorities;
- For your benefit in emergency situations;
- To respond to public incidents or public concerns in emergency situations.
6. How Your Personal Information Is Stored and Transferred Globally
Personal information will be stored in accordance with applicable legal requirements and retained for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Statement or as otherwise required by applicable law.
As a globally managed enterprise, we will store user personal information collected within China in China in accordance with legal regulations. If your personal information is transferred from within China to outside China, we will strictly comply with Chinese laws.
Such jurisdictions may have different personal information/data/privacy protection laws, may lack relevant laws, or may not provide a level of protection equivalent to that of your home country. In such cases, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information receives adequate and equivalent protection as required by applicable laws and regulations.
After the evaluation of you is completed, we may still retain and use your personal information for a certain period for the following purposes to provide you with potential positions in the future; thereafter, we will retain your personal information to a minimum extent to record your participation in our evaluation:
- To respond to inquiries related to employment or work;
- To consider you as a candidate for current or future positions of our clients;;
- To facilitate our provision of services again when you may change positions or have other needs in the future; or
- To help us or our clients better understand, analyze, and improve the recruitment process.
7. Your Rights
Regarding your personal information, you have the following rights:
- Request access to your personal information;
- Request correction or update of your personal information to ensure it is accurate and complete;
- Request deletion of your personal information stored in violation of this Statement;
- Request restriction or withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal information. Please note that this will not affect the personal information processing activities we have already conducted before your withdrawal of consent, nor will it affect our right to continue processing some data in accordance with other laws and regulations, contract provisions, or authorizations beyond your consent; or
- Request a copy of your personal information;
- Change the scope of your consent authorization;
- Cancel your account.
To help protect your personal information, we will take reasonable measures to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate, fulfill your request, or otherwise respond to your request as soon as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse your request to the extent permitted by applicable law and/or if we determine that your request is unfounded, excessive, or otherwise unacceptable under applicable law.
For security purposes, you may be required to submit a written request or verify your identity in other ways. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. 8. How This Statement Is Updated
We may revise the content of this Privacy Policy from time to time. If such changes result in a material change to your rights under this Privacy Statement, we will notify you through system notifications, emails, text messages, or page announcements before the changes take effect. The top of this Statement lists all versions (update dates) by release date, and the Statement shall take effect upon publication.
